These sessions are designed for Parent Mentor Organizers and Coordinators who are about to start the Parent Mentor Program. While some of us will be brand new to the Parent Mentor Program and some will bring 25+ years of experience nurturing this work in our schools and communities, all of us will end up as a Parent Mentor family.
What:
In small groups, you will live and learn the 'Initial Parent Mentor Training' in this immersive participatory learning experience, preparing you to bring that same training to the Parent Mentors at your local school.
If you are registering, please attend the 4-part orientation series first and plan to be fully present for all sessions so that we can create a safe and brave space together.
When:
Tuesday, October 12, 10 am-1 pm
Wednesday, October 13, 10 am-1 pm
Thursday, October 14, 10 am-1 pm
Where:

Important info:
The training sessions will be in both English and Spanish.
Please make arrangements to arrive on time, participate, and keep your camera on through the end of the session.
Come ready to jump in—we are happy to have you!
